Okay, so you’ve decided to take a chance working with an extremely small company pushing the boundaries on sophisticated musical synthesizers. I appreciate that and will make every effort to reward your faith.
If, after you receive it, the Zen Flute isn’t what you expected for any reason, let me know within seven days of delivery and ship it back within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. Ditto if the Zen Flute stops working for any reason other than obvious misuse for up to 60 days after purchase (let me know, ship it back, and I’ll fix it or send a replacement).
I also want to help you if the Zen Flute gets damaged for any reason (dogs, washing machines, etc.). Let me know and I may be able to send you spare parts or fix it at low cost.
The buyer is responsible for shipping, so pack it in a nice box with environmentally friendly padding.
